心理护理在胸腔镜下切除肺大泡围术期中的应用

目的：总结胸腔镜切除肺大泡围术期的心理护理体会。方法选择胸腔镜切除肺大泡手术患者64例，按照患者入院时间分为对照组（n＝35）和实验组（n＝29），对照组采用常规围术期护理，实验组在常规护理基础上增加心理护理干预，比较两组患者手术时间、出血量、住院时间及引流量的情况。结果64例患者手术时间平均为（72．4±14．5）min，术中出血量平均为（93．4±23．6）ml，两组患者手术时间和出血量比较差异无统计学意义（ t值分别为0．475，0．863；P＞0．05）。实验组患者平均住院时间为（5．3±1．8）d，平均引流量为（45．3±12．4） ml，均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ t值分别为6.753，8．231；P＜0．05）。结论胸腔镜下肺大泡切除术围术期加强心理护理，有利于降低术后复发率，提高术后康复和生活质量，缩短住院时间。

Application of psychological nursing in the perioperative period nursing of thoracoscopic pulmonary bullae resection

Objective To summarize the experience of psychological nursing in the perioperative period nursing of thoracoscopic pulmonary bullae resection .Methods Sixty-four patients with thoracoscopic pulmonary bullae resection were chosen and divided into the control group （ n=35 ） and the experimental group （ n=29 ） according to the admission time .The control group received the routine perioperative period nursing , and the experimental group received the psychological nursing on the basis of the routine nursing .The operation time , blood loss , hospital time and drainage amount were compared between two groups .Results The average operation time was （72.4 ±14.5） min, and the blood loss during the operation was （93.4 ±23.6） ml in two groups, and no differences were found in the operation time and blood loss between two groups （ t=0.475, 0.863, respectively;P〉0.05）.The average hospital time and drainage amount were respectively （5.3 ±1.8）d and （45.3 ±12.4） ml in the experimental group, and were lower than those in the control group , and the differences were statistically significant （t=6.753,8.231, respectively;P〈0.05）.Conclusions Application of the psychological nursing in the perioperative period nursing of thoracoscopic pulmonary bullae resection can reduce the recurrence rate after the operation , and improve the rehabilitation and life quality , and shorten the hospital time.
