| 摘 要： | 同位反应是在原有皮肤病治愈的基础上,在同一部位出现与原有疾病无关的另一种疾病的现象.此现象的发生虽然临床少见,但近年来,带状疱疹同位反应相关的皮肤病报道有增多趋势,且病种多样化,有慢性荨麻疹、扁平苔藓、环状肉芽肿、结节性痒疹、银屑病等.有关其发生机制目前尚不清楚,多数人认为,同位反应的发生可能与水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染改变了局部皮肤的免疫状态有关.

| Abstract: | Isotopic response is defined as the occurrence of a new skin disorder at the site of another healed and unrelated dermatosis. Although isotopic response is rare in clinic, there has been increasing reports on isotopic response following herpes zoster in recent years. More and more skin disorders have been involved in the phenomenon, including chronic urticaria, lichen planus, granuloma annulare, prurigo nodularis,psoriasis, and so on. The mechanism of isotopic response remains unanswered, and is considered to be associated with the alteration of local immune status in skin by infection with varicella-zoster virus. |
