| 摘 要： | Tau蛋白为正常的生理蛋白,其高度磷酸化对认知功能有影响.围术期存在多种因素可以通过蛋白激酶和蛋白磷酸酶相对活性失衡引起tau的磷酸化,从而影响术后认知功能.

| Abstract: | Tau is a normally existing protein, and tau phosphorylation influnces cognitive fuction. Perioperative factors, such as hypothermia and inflammatory factors, can regulate tau phosphorylation by protein kinases and phosphatases. These may be crucial for understanding the mechanism of postoperative cognitive dysfunction. |
