摘    要:2型糖尿病的主要病理生理改变为从以胰岛素抵抗(IR)为主伴胰岛素分泌不足到以胰岛素分泌不足为主伴胰岛素抵抗.目前研究认为IR是一种系统性慢性炎性反应,C反应蛋白(CRP)作为非特异性急性期反应蛋白,在IR各阶段普遍升高.升高的CRP又加重糖、脂代谢紊乱,加重内皮功能失调,促进动脉粥样硬化形成,从而促进2型糖尿病及其并发症的发生、发展.因此,研究CRP与2型糖尿病的关系有助于糖尿病并发症的预测及治疗.

Abstract:The main pathgenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus changes from insulin resistance (IR) mainly associated with insufficient insulin secretion to a lack of insulin secretion mainly associated with IR. Present study suggests that IR is a chronic systemic inflammation. The level of C-reactive protein, which is a non-specific acute-phase response protein, is increased in all stages of IR. CRP also increased glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,endothelial dysfunction,and promoted atherosclerosis formation,thereby results in the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes and its complications. Therefore, the study of the relation-ship between CRP and type 2 diabetes contributes to prediction and treatment of diabetic complications.
