摘    要:脑出血是一种致残率和病死率均很高的神经科急症.研究表明,凝血酶形成、红细胞溶解和铁离子均在脑出血后脑损伤中起着重要作用.文章对凝血酶和铁离子在脑出血介导的脑损伤中的作用机制进行了综述.

Abstract:Intracerebral hemorrhage is a neurological emergency with high disability and mortality. Studies have demonstrated that thrombin formation,erythrocytolysis and iron ions play important roles in the brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage. This article reviews the mechanisms of thrombin and iron ions in intracerebral hemorrhage-mediated brain injury.
