| 摘 要： | 糖组学在后基因组时代日益受到关注,糖蛋白的比较研究已成为肿瘤研究的热点,凝集素相关的糖链富集、分析技术也得到了广泛发展,运用于研究细胞、体液、组织的蛋白质糖链改变.有别于其他糖富集、鉴定技术,凝集素对不同构型的糖有特异性识别能力,可使糖及其缀合物在避免破坏糖链的前提下得到鉴定.

| Abstract: | With the emergence of glycomies in the post-genome era,various lectin-related techniques have been developed to analyse the glycoproteins from cells,body fluids and tissues in comparative glycoprotein studies of cancer research.Compared to other techniques of glycan enrichment and identification,lectin-based techniques can sort and identify glycoconjugates without glycan modification,ascribed to the specific affinity of lectins and their corresponding glycans. |
