| 摘 要： | 目的:观察并探讨慢性肾小球肾炎气虚兼夹标实证型的演变规律。方法:制定《慢性肾小球肾炎证候演变规律调查表》,对60例慢性肾小球肾炎气虚证患者进行为期1年的随访观察,分析总结气虚兼夹标实证候演变规律。结果:随病程的发展,血瘀证型会逐渐向湿热证型转变(P<0.01),水湿证型似有减少的可能(P>0.05),湿浊证型没有明显的变化(P>0.05)。结论:慢性肾小球肾炎气虚证患者在长达1年的病程中,其兼夹标实证型确实发生着动态变化,且有一定的规律可循,据此可有效地指导临床用药。
