低强度激光照射对实验性牙齿移动牙周组织中P物质表达的影响

摘    要:目的观察低强度He-Ne激光照射对大鼠实验性牙齿移动牙周组织中P物质表达的影响。方法将健康Wistar大鼠35只随机分为7组:未加力组及加力1、3、5、7、14和21d组,每组5只。分别在大鼠左右上颌切牙和第一磨牙间结扎镍钛闭合螺旋弹簧,约产生40g力。各组动物采用自身对照,右侧为低强度照射侧,左侧为对照侧。波长为632.8nm,输出功率为10mW的He-Ne激光照射上颌第一磨牙。处死大鼠,组织标本切片,免疫组织化学ABC染色,结合计算机图像分析测定各组P物质免疫阳性反应。结果低强度He-Ne激光照射侧牙周组织压力区在5d、7d组P物质免疫阳性反应明显高于对照侧;在14d组P物质免疫阳性反应仍较对照侧高。低强度He-Ne激光照射侧牙周组织张力区P物质免疫阳性反应在14d组较明显高于对照侧。结论低强度He-Ne激光照射对实验性牙齿移动牙周组织中P物质的表达有影响。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect on substance P expression in periodontal tissue during experimental tooth movement in rats after low energy He-Ne laser irradiation.Methods Thirty-five Wistar rats were chosen and divided into 7 groups according to experimental days for 0 d,1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d,14 d and 21 d with 5 rats in each group.A NiTi coil spring with 40 g was connected the maxillary first molar to the maxillary incisor and fixed bilaterally by a ligature wire.The left side served as control and the right side received as the test one which was irradiated by He-Ne laser.The periodontal tissue substance P immunoreactivity at test side and control side were stained by means of ABC immunohistochemistry with the computer image analysis system.ResultsThe substance P immunoreactivity in periodontal tissue of low energy laser irradiation side was significantly elevated at 5th and 7th days and highly elevated at 14th day when compared with the control one.ConclusionsLow energy laser irradiation could affect and promote periodontal tissues through the effects on substance P immunoreactivity.
