西比灵与丹参治疗缺血性中风对照研究

西比灵是一种新型选择性钙通道阻滞剂，与丹参进行对照研究。经CT证实急性缺血性中风80例，随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例。两组在性别、年龄、神经功能缺损的比较均无显著差异（P＞O．01和P＞0．1），研究具有可比性。经治疗观察，两组在双眼水平凝视、下肢肌力恢复有显著差异（P＜0．05）。言语、肩部、手肌力、步行、神经功能积分减少的平均值以及疗效评定，两组均有非常显著差异（p＜0．01），治疗组明显优于对照组。西比灵能通过血脑屏障，使脑血管扩张，改善红细胞的变形性和血粘度，使破坏的脑细胞得以再生，体征明显好转。该药使用方便，副作用小，值得推广应用。

A Comparative Study of Sibelium and Danshen in Ischemic Stroke

Sibellum is a new selective calcium antagonist and is now being studied in controlgroup with Danshen. There were totally 80 cases of acute ischernic stroks confirmed by CT. ancl were divided randomly into a therapy group and a control group of 40 cascs each.There were no significant differences in sex, age and nerve dysfunction in both groups (P>0.01 and P>0.1 ). This study is comparable. Through therapeutic observation the twogroups differ significantly in the eye level staring and the recovery of ruuscular strength oflower extremities (P< 0. 05 ), and very significantly in speech, muscule strength of shoul -clers hands, walking and calculus of nerves function (P< 0. 01 ),The therapy group defi-nitely shows superiority to the control one. Sibelium can pass through the blood-brain bar rier, and can cause dilatation of cerebral vessels, improving the defomation of red bloodcells and blood viscosity as well as well as the reaninlating of the injured brain cells with re-markable improvement of signs. This drug can be used easily with less side-effect and isworth trying.
