常规保守及早期腹腔镜下置管腹腔灌洗引流法治疗高龄患者消化道穿孔的疗效研究

目的研究高龄患者消化道穿孔保守治疗的效果。方法选取2008年2月—2012年3月在本院就诊的高龄急性消化道穿孔患者38例为研究对象,采用常规保守及早期腹腔镜下置管腹腔灌洗引流方法治疗。结果 25例治疗成功,死亡8例,5例自动放弃治疗后死亡。结论高龄患者消化道穿孔手术、常规保守治疗病死率较高。采用常规保守及早期腹腔镜下置管腹腔灌洗引流方法治疗疗效确切,且治疗成功率明显提高。

Curative Effect of Conservative Treatment and Early Laparoscopic Abdominal Cavity Lavage Tube Drainage Treatment for Elderly Patients with Digestive Tract Perforation

Objective To study the curative effect of the elderly patients with digestive tract perforation received conservative treatment. Methods 38 elderly patients with digestive tract perforation in our hospital from February 2008 to March2012,were received conservative treatment and early laparoscopic abdominal cavity lavage tube drainage treatment. Results25 cases were treated successfully,8 cases died,5 cases died after giving up treatment. Conclusion The death rates of operation and conservative treatment for elderly patients with digestive tract perforation are high. The success rate of conservative treatment and early laparoscopic abdominal cavity lavage tube drainage treatment for elderly patients with digestive tract perforation is significantly improve.
