不同针灸取穴法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果研究

目的研究不同针灸取穴方式治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床疗效。方法选择2011年10月—2013年10月本院收治的86例患有椎动脉型颈椎病的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组43例。对照组采用常规取穴方式治疗,治疗组在常规取穴方式的基础上加取太冲和合谷两穴治疗。比较两组的治疗结果。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,颈椎功能恢复正常时间和针灸治疗实施时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在常规取穴方式基础上增加针刺太冲和合谷两穴,对椎动脉型颈椎病患者有显著疗效。

Clinical Effect of Various Acupuncture Point Therapy on Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective To study the clinical effect of different acupuncture point in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients. Methods 86 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,43 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional point locating,the treatment group was given Taichong and Hegu acupoint based on conventional point locating. The treatment results of two groups were compared. Results In treatment group,the total efficiency was higher than that of the control group,cervical function returned to normal time and acupuncture treatment delivery time were shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at Taichong and Hegu based on conventional point locating,has obvious therapeutic effect on patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
