血管超声诊断下肢静脉血栓的应用价值

目的研究血管超声在下肢静脉血栓中的实际应用价值。方法选取本院2010—2013年收治并确诊为下肢静脉血栓的患者120例,随机分为两组。观察组采用血管超声诊断,对照组采用常规造影检测。观察两组的确诊情况。结果观察组的确诊率高于对照组,漏诊率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血管超声技术具有操作简单、安全、结果准确等优势,可作为临床诊断血管疾病的首选方法。

Application Value of Vascular Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Venous Thrombosis of the Lower Limbs

Objective To study the application value of vascular ultrasonography in deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs. Methods 120 cases were diagnosed with deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs in our hospital from 2010 to 2013,were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group used vascular ultrasonography diagnosis,the control group used conventional contrast detection. The diagnostic results of two groups were compared. Results Diagnosis rate in the observation group was higher than control group,the rate of misdiagnosis was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Vascular ultrasonography technology has the advantages of simple operation,safety,accuracy and other advantages,which should be the first choice for the diagnosis of clinical vascular disease.
