认知行为疗法联合心理护理对银屑病患者治疗效果的影响

目的：探讨认知行为疗法联合心理干预对银屑病患者治疗效果的影响。方法选择在该院治疗的银屑病患者135例，将所有患者随机分为2组，对照组48例给予皮肤科常规护理及健康教育，观察组87例在对照组的基础上给予认知行为疗法联合心理护理干预措施，观察2组患者的临床疗效，比较2组患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度及住院时间，应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、生活质量指数（DLQI）在患者入院当天和出院前1d对患者心理健康及生活质量状况进行调查。结果观察组患者的治疗总依从性、护理总满意度及临床总有效率均显著高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组；治疗后2组SDS、SAS及DLQI评分均显著降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论认知行为疗法联合心理干预应用于银屑病患者的护理中，临床效果显著，可明显提高患者的自我管理行为，减轻银屑病患者的焦虑、抑郁状态，提高生活质量，在银屑病的治疗、预防、康复中具有重要作用。

Influence of treatment effect of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with psychological care for patients with psori-asis

Objective To explore the influence of treatment effect of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with psy -chological care for patients with psoriasis .Methods 135 cases of patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into observa-tion group（87 cases）and control group（48 cases）.Control group was given with dermatologist routine nursing care;Observa-tion group was given with cognitive behavior therapy combined with psychological nursing intervention measures .Compared the clinical curative effect ,treatment adherence ,satisfaction with care and hospitalization time of two groups .Investigated the men-tal health and quality of life by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS ） , Self-rating Depression Scale （ SDS ） , Life Quality Index （DLQI）.Results The treatment adherence,satisfaction with care and clinical total effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group ,the hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than control group;Af-ter intervention,the SAS,SDS and DLQI score of two groups was lower than before teatment ,and observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cognitive behavior therapy in combi-nation with psychological intervention is applied to the care of patients with psoriasis ,clinical effect is remarkable ,can obvious-ly improve the patient′s self management behavior ,reduce the psoriatic patients state of anxiety and depression ,improve their quality of life,playing an important role in the treatment ,prevention,rehabilitation of psoriasis .
