| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新型农村合作医疗开展后定点医疗机构服务质量改善情况,为有关卫生部门改善医疗机构服务质量提供科学依据。方法2007年1月采用分层抽样、单纯随机抽样和整群抽样相结合的方法,以问卷方式调查了153名昆明市西山区参合农民和西山区管理人员对新型农村合作医疗定点医疗机构服务质量改善的评价。结果（1）参合农民评价乡级医院各项改善情况均低于县级和村级医疗机构。（2）管理人员和参合农民对各级定点医疗机构改善的评价都不一致。（3）乡级和村级医疗机构的硬件设施改善不大。结论各级定点医疗机构参合前后各项评价指标都有一定程度改善;乡级和村级医疗机构硬件设施的投入应增加;让农民积极参与到对定点医疗机构服务质量的改进中来。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE The status of reform of New-style Rural Cooperative Authorized Medical Institutions （NRCAMI） in Xishan County. METHODS Managers and 153 peasants of Xishan County were stratified random and cluster sampled. Their opinions about the service reformative status of NRCAMI have been investigated by using questionnaires. RESULTS （1） The peasants’ opinion shows that the quality of town level hospital was less improved than the level of county and village. （2） It is quite different between managers and peasants＇ evaluation about the status of improvement of NRCAMI. （3） Few dated equipments have been renovate. CONCLUSION The status has been improved of each level NRCAMI till New-style Rural Cooperation worked; Equipments that in NRCAMI should be updated; Peasants should take part in the improvement of quality of NRCAMI. |
