| 摘 要： | 目的:观察糖尿病足坏疽气血两虚证及湿热毒盛证患者血管内皮、血小板功能及免疫功能指标的变化。方法:对符合疾病诊断标准和中医证型诊断标准的35例糖尿病足坏疽气血两虚证患者和30例湿热毒盛证患者进行研究,并另外纳入35例健康老年人作为正常对照组。对3组研究对象分别采用流式细胞仪检测白细胞分化抗原CD3+、CD4+、CD8+的水平,采用放射免疫法检测血浆内皮素(ET)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、前列腺素F1α(PGF1α)水平;采用硝酸还原法检测一氧化氮(NO)水平,并进行组间比较分析。结果:糖尿病足坏疽气血两虚证及湿热毒盛证患者的CD3+水平均低于正常对照组(P0.01),而CD4+/CD8+、ET、TXB2/PGF1α水平均高于正常对照组(P0.01,P0.05);湿热毒盛证患者的ET、ET/NO水平高于气血两虚证患者(P0.05),而NO水平低于气血两虚证患者(P0.05)。结论:糖尿病足坏疽气血两虚证及湿热毒盛证患者均存在免疫功能低下以及血管内皮、血小板功能异常的病理变化,湿热毒盛证患者血管内皮功能受损尤为严重。
