苦参素注射液治疗168例急性黄疸型肝炎疗效观察

目的:探究苦参素注射剂治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗方法:两组均采用相同的基础保肝药物,口服草仙乙肝,维生素C,B,常规量,治疗组应用苦参碱注射液150 mg如1 0%葡萄糖注射液中,1日1次静点,1疗程1个月。对照组应用甘利欣30 ml,维生素C 2.5 9加入10%葡萄糖500 ml1日1次静点,1疗程1个月。结果:两组病例在疗程结束后症状体征均有不同程度减轻,治疗组症状完全消失和缓解者及ALT,胆红质降至正常84例,总有效率90.3%,对照组48例,总有效率64%,两组总有效率有明显差别具有统计学意义。结论:苦参素注射剂治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎疗效显著。

Clinical Efficacy of Sophora Flavescens Grain Injection in the Treatment of 168 Patients with Acute Icteric Model Hepatitis

Objective:To explore sophora flavescens treatment of acute icteric model meal injection the clinical curative effect of viral hepatitis.Methods:Treatment methods:both groups use the same basic liver protecting drugs,oral grass fairy hepatitis B,vitamin C, B,routine quantity,the treatment group application of sophora flavescens ait.Alkaloids injection 150 mg such as 10%glucose injection, 1 times/d in static point,1 course of 1 months.The control group GanLiXin 30 ml,application of vitamin C 2.5 9 to join 500 ml of 10% glucose static point,1 1 times course of 1 months.Results:two groups of cases after symptoms and signs in treatment are different extent lighter,the treatment group in complete resolution of symptoms and ease of gall red quality and ALT fell to normal 84 cases failure;the total effective control text,48 patients,with the total effective 64%,two group total effectiveness have obvious difference,with statistical significance.Conclusion:sophora flavescens treatment of acute icteric model meal injection viral hepatitis curative effect is distinct.
