807例脂肪肝与肥胖及高血脂、高血糖的关系

目的;探讨脂肪肝与肥胖及高血脂、高血糖的关系。方法:对承德铁路地区某单位1905名职工2009年健康体检资料进行统计分析。结果:1905人中脂肪肝807例,占42.4%,其中,超重和肥胖组的脂肪肝患病率分别为64%和88.5%,明显高于体重指数正常组,差异具有统计学意义;高甘油三酯、混合性高血脂及高血糖组脂肪肝患病率也明显高于生化指标正常组,分别为63.3%、72.2%和67.8%,差异具有统计学意义。而单纯高总胆固醇组的患病率略高于血脂正常组,差异无统计学意义。结论:超重及肥胖、高甘油三酯、高血糖是构成脂肪肝的危险因素,与脂肪肝发病密切相关。

807 Case Fatty Liver and the Relationship Among Obesity, High Cholesterol and High Sugar

Objective:Of fatty liver and obesity and high cholesterol,high blood sugar between.Methods:A unit area of Chengde railway workers 2009 1905 statistical analysis of health examination data.Results:Among 807 cases of fatty liver in 1905,accounting for 42.4%,of which group of overweight and obesity prevalence of fatty liver were 64%and 88.5%,higher than the normal BMI group,a statistically significant difference;High triglycerides,mixed dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia prevalence of fatty liver group was significantly higher than the normal biochemical indexes were 63.3%,72.2%and 67.8%,a statistically significant difference.The simple group of high prevalence of total cholesterol higher than normal lipid group,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Overweight and obesity,high triglycerides,high blood sugar are risk factors for fatty liver composition,and fatty liver disease are closely related.
