经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值分析

目的:探讨经阴道超声检查诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法:回顾我院2009年6月～2010年6月收治的120例异位妊娠(EP)患者经阴道超声检查(TVS)的影像学资料,并于同期经腹部超声检查(TAS)的120例EP患者影像学资料进行对比分析。结果:TAS组临床诊断符合率为70.8%,TVS组为95.8%,组符合率比较(P<0.05)有统计学意义。TVS组的清晰显示子宫率(100%),子宫内膜厚度测定率(100%),肿块检出率(100%),肿块内孕囊样结构检出率(20.0%),肿块内血流信号检出率(85.0%)明显高于TAS组的51.7%,69.2%,55.0%,1.7%,21.7%两组比较(P均<0.05)有统计学意义。结论:阴道超声诊断异位妊娠,能清楚显示子宫内外情况、诊断符合率高,是目前临床诊断异位妊娠的首选方法。

The Analysis of the Clinical Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound Diagnosis to Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis to ectopic pregnancy.Methods:To review the image data of 120 ptients with ectopic pregnancy(EP)examined with transvaginal sonography(TVS)in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010,and compare the imaging data of 120 cases with EP examined with abdominal ultrasound(TAS)during the same period.Results:The clinical diagnosis of TAS group was 70.8%,TVS group was 95.8%,the consistent rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).TVS group clearly shows the uterus(100%),endometrial thickness measured rate(100%),tumor detection rate(100%),mass-like structure within the gestational sac detection rate(20.0%),tumor blood flow Signal detection rate(85.0%)was 51.7%higher than the TAS group,69.2%,55.0%,1.7%,21.7%,respectively (P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,can clearly show the situation inside and outside the uterus,have higher diagnostic rate,which is the preferred method for the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
