| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血液流变性、血脂与脑梗死的关系。方法:对298例患有动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者的血液流变性和血脂与176例健康人进行比较分析。结果:动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者与健康的血液流变学及血脂指标有差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),特别是低切变率差异明显(P<0.01)。结论:血液流变异常和血脂代谢紊乱是缺血性卒中的危险因素,该结果为进一步开展缺血性卒中的预防和研究工作提供临床依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relationships between blood lipid and Hemorrheological changes and atherosclerotic cerebral i(?)farction.Methods:The plasma lipid and Hemorrheological changes in 298 cases of patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and 176 controles were measured.Results:There were significant differences between plasma lipid level and Hemorrheological changes in the patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and the control group(P<0.05),especially whole blood viscosity at low shear rate(P<0.01).Conclusion: A(?)normal metabolism of plasma lipid level and hemorrheological changes is a risk factor for patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction. |
