泮托拉唑针剂联合硫糖铝治疗消化性溃疡并出血40例疗效分析

目的:探讨泮托拉唑针剂联合硫糖铝治疗消化性溃疡并出血的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2008年9月～2010年9月消化性溃疡合并出血患者80例,将上述患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予相应对症治疗。观察组给予泮托拉唑、云南白药粉剂、硫糖铝。对照组给予奥美拉唑、云南白药粉剂、硫糖铝。观察两组患者止血和溃疡愈合情况。结果:观察组止血总有效率为97.5%,对照组为82.5%,两组止血效果总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组溃疡愈合总有效率为95.0%,对照组溃疡愈合总有效率为80.0%,两组溃疡总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泮托拉唑针剂联合硫糖铝治疗消化性溃疡并出血临床效果显著,止血效果迅速,溃疡愈合率高,值得借鉴。

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Pantoprazole Combined with Sucralfate on 40 Cases with Peptic UIcer Complicated with Hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Pantoprazole combined with sucralfate on peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage.Methods:80 cases with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage were selected from September,2008 to September,2010 and divided into observation group and control group.Symptomatic treatment were administered in two groups,pantoprazole、Yunnan White Drug Powder and sucralfate were given to observation group,omeprazole、Yunnan White Drug Powder and sucralfate were given to control group.Hemostasis and ulcer healing were observed in two groups.Results:the total effective rate of hemostasis in observation group was 97.5%,and the total effective rate of hemostasis incontrol group was 82.5%,the total effective rate of hemostasis in two groups compared,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of ulcer healing in observation group was 95.0%,and the total effective rate of ulcer healing incontrol group was 80.0%,the total effective rate of ulcer healing in two groups compared,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pantoprazole combined with sucralfate on peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage has significant clinical efficacy,and hemostatic effect is quick,the rate of ulcer healing is high.
