辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛对其高敏C反应蛋白的影响分析

目的:探讨辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛对其高敏C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法:100例不稳定心绞痛患者被随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均给予常规治疗,实验组加用辛伐他汀治疗。结果:(1)对照组治疗前后TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C和hs-CRP等指标有轻微改善,实验组治疗前后有显著统计学差异(P<0.05),实验组和对照组相比也有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)实验组显效率和总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗期间两组均未发生严重副反应。结论:采取辛伐他汀治疗不稳定性心绞痛,能显著控制炎症反应和降低血脂,改善患者生活质量,是值得考虑的治疗方案。

The Clinical Influence of Clopidogrel on hs-CRP of Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To explore the clinical influence of Clopidogrel on hs-CRP of patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods:100 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were given routine treatment,and experimental group was added with therapy of Clopidogrel.Results:(1) The TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and hs-CRP in control group has turned better little before and after therapy,in experimental group has significant change(P<0.05);the comparation between two groups also showed significant difference after therapy(P<0.05).(2) The excellent rate and total effective rate in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).(3) Both group had no serious side-action happened during therapy period.Conclusion:Clopidogrel used in treatment of unstable angina pectoris.can significantly control inflammatory response and decrease blood-fat,enhance life quality of patients,so it is a desirable treatment method.
