高效液相色谱法测定麻仁润肠丸中橙皮苷含量

目的建立测定麻仁润肠丸中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Extend-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(18∶82)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为283 nm,柱温为30℃。结果橙皮苷进样量在0.212 0～2.120 0μg范围内与峰面积具有良好线性关系,r=1.000 0(n=5),平均回收率为97.17%,RSD=0.89%(n=6)。结论该法简便、结果准确,可用于麻仁润肠丸的质量控制。

Determination of Hesperidin in Maren Runchang Pills by HPLC

Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic（HPLC） technique for the determination of hesperidin in Maren Runchang Pills.Methods The optimized method was achieved for the separation and detection of the selected constituent on Agilent Extend-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） using acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid（18 ∶82） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and 283 nm as the detection wavelength.The column temperature was 30 ℃.Results Hesperidin showed the good linear relationship during the range of 0.212 0 μg-2.120 0 μg for the sample size（r=1.000 0）.The mean recovery rate was 97.17%,RSD=0.89%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be applied for the quality control of Maren Runchang Pills.
