我院413例药品不良反应报告分析

目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生情况及特点,并分析原因,为我院临床安全用药提供参考。方法:对我院2007年～2009年上报的ADR报告分别就患者性别、年龄、不良反应类型、药品种类、严重程度分级等方面进行回顾性分析。结果:在413例ADR中,男性患者有198例(47.94%),女性患者有215例(52.06%),女性略高于男性;发生ADR的患者中年龄最小为7个月,最大为81岁,60岁以上的患者有147例(占35.59%);413例ADR共涉及药品14类115种,其中以抗微生物药最多占62.96%,中药制剂占16 22%:ADR主要发生于静脉滴注343例(83.05%)和口服给药49例(11.87%)为主;413例ADR中,以皮肤及其附件的损害病例最多,其次为胃肠系统损害、神经系统等;新的ADR有36例(8.72%),严重的ADR有7例(1.69%)。结论:ADR的发生与患者体质、药品种类、临床应用途径等多种因素相关,应积极开展ADR监测工作,促进临床合理用药,降低ADR发生率。

Analysis of 413 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions in Our Hospital

Objective:To investigate the general information and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) in our hospital in order to promote rational drug use.Methods:Reports of ADR case from 2007～2009 in our hospital were collected and analyzed statistically in respect of patients’ gender and age,types of adverse drug reactions,categories of drug,classification of serious degree of adverse drug reactions.Results:Among the 413 ADR cases,198 cases(47.94%) were male and 215 cases(52.06%) were female.The youngest patient was 7 months and the eldest was 81 years old.The 413 cases of ADR reports related to 115 species of drugs,of which anti-infective drugs accounted for 62.96%,traditional Chinese medicine injection accounted for 16.22%;Intravenous drip and the oral administration accounted for 83.05%and 11.87%,respectively.Skin and its accessories were the most frequently affected organs by ADR. There were 36 new and 7 serious ADR.Conclusion:The occurrence of ADR relates to a variety of factors,such as patients’ constitution, category of drug and irrational clinical drug use.We should actively monitor ADR,promote rational use of medicine in clinic,and reduce the occurrence of ADR.
