经典恒温法考察呋喃西林溶液的稳定性

摘    要:目的考察呋喃西林溶液的稳定性,并预测其室温贮存有效期。方法用紫外分光光度法测定呋喃西林溶液的含量,通过经典恒温法预测其有效期。结果呋喃西林溶液的含量随时间变化属一级降解反应,经典恒温法测得25℃时k值为1.851 4×10-5 h,分解10%的时间为7.91个月。结论呋喃西林溶液有效期暂订为6个月。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the stability of furacilin solution and to forecast its expiration date under room temperature storage.Methods The content of furacilin solution was determined by UV spectrophotometry.The classical constant temperature method was applied to test the expiration date of furacillin solution.Results The content of furacilin solution was changed with time,which belonged to first-order degradation reaction.The K value determined by the classical constant temperature method was 1.851 4×10-5 h at 25 ℃.The time for 10%disintegration was 7.91 months.Conclusion The expiration date for furacilin solution is tentatively set on 6 months.
