宫保散对宫颈癌前病变合并HPV感染的临床研究与治疗

目的:近年来宫颈癌的发病表现为年轻化,所以阻断宫颈癌前病变的过程仍然是治疗宫颈癌的关键。宫颈癌是多种因素共同作用的结果,HPV病毒感染这一病因已经是确定的。研究观察宫保散在临床治疗宫颈癌前病变合并HPV感染的疗效,对防止宫颈癌前病变发生癌变具有重要的临床意义。方法:采用宫保散局部用药,涂于宫颈表面,按疗程观察病例258例宫颈糜烂的患者其中CINI43例CINⅡ11例,且CINI合并HPV感染29例,CINⅡ合并HPV感染的为7例。随机分为两组治疗组为宫保散组,对照组为尤靖安组。结果;所有患者都可评价疗效和安全性,治疗组CIN治愈率71.4%,对照组CIN治愈率46.2%;治疗组HPV转阴率为75%,对照组为62.5%;CINⅠ合并HPV感染的转阴率为86.2%,CINⅡ合并HPV转阴率为28.6%。结论:提示宫保散具有抗病毒、抗炎作用并且可提高CINⅠ-CINⅡ患者HPV的转阴率,同时对宫颈癌前病变具有很好的治疗效果具有促使不典型增生组织向正常转化的作用。

The Clinical Study and Treatment of Gongbao Power on Cervical Precancerous with HPV Infection

Objective:Block of the pathological process of cervical cancer is the key to treating cervical precancerous as emerging of cervical cancer squinting toward younger person in recent years.As we known,cervical cancer was the result of many factors and HPV infectionwas one of the definite factors.The Observation and study for the treatment of Gongbao Power on cervical precancerous with HPV infection in clinical had important clinical significance in preventing cervical precancerous.Methods:Gongbao Power was administrating drug in local as applying it to the surface of cervical.We observed the cases to the course of treatment.This study comprised 258 women with cervical erosion which with CINI in 43 cases,CINII in 11 cases,CINI with HPV infection in 29 cases and CINII with HPV infection in 7 cases.All the patients were divided into two groups randomized. Group of Gongbao Power was as metreatment group,while the group of You Jing an as the control group.Results:We evaluated the efficacy and safety of all patients.The CIN cure rate was 71.4%in the treatment group compared whih 46.2%in the control group;the rate of HPV changing into negative was 75%in the treatment group compared with 62.5%in the control group;the rate of CINI with HPV infection into negative was 86.2%,the rate of CINII with HPV infection changing into negative was 28.6%.Conclusion:It suggested that Gongbao Power played a role in anti-virus and anti inflammatory, improving the rate of HPV changing into negative in patients with CINI-CINII.Gongbao Power can induce the atypical hyperplasia tissues transform into normal tissue so it had a good effect on the treatment of cervical precancerous.
