沙井镇流动人口妇女对宫颈癌防治知识调查分析

目的:探讨沙井镇流动人口妇女对宫颈癌防治知识调查。方法:按年龄层次分为(18～29)岁、(30～39)岁、(40～49)岁、(50～59)岁四组,每年龄组流动人口妇女发放500份问卷;内容包括年龄、文化程度、生活方式、饮食习惯等个人基本情况,性知识、宫颈癌相关知识、妇科问题等情况。结果进行统计学分析。结果:宫颈癌及其相关知识的认知程度得分:流动人口妇女2 000例为(12.65±5.26),本地妇女500例为(30.72±6.81),流动人口妇女得分明显低于本地妇女,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对两组人群宫颈涂片、宫颈癌基本常识及HPV相关知识等方面进行评估,流动人口对宫颈癌相关知识了解程度明显低于本地妇女组,各题目比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:年轻女性较少关注对此病的预防及筛查。同时由于本地妇女经济基础较好,因此当地女性对自身的健康较为关注。

Investigation and Analysis of the Migrant Women for Cervical Cancer Prevention Knowledge in Shajing Town

Objective:To discussion the knowledge about cerical cancer prevention knowledge of floating population in Shajing town.Merhods:According to the age all people divided into(18～29),(30～39),(40～49)years,50～59 four groups and each age group with floating population issue 500 questionnaires;Contents include age,educational level,lifestyle and diet custom.sexual knowledge,cervical cancer related knowledge,gynecology problem,etc.The results used statistical analysis.Results:Cervical cancer and related knowledge degree score:floating population with(12.65±5.26) in all 2000 case,the local cases(500) scored significant lower than former,with. (30.72±6.81);the results was statistically difference(P<0.01).To investiage the basic common sense knowledge and aspects of HPV,the floating population to cervical cancer evaluation significantly less than local women,the results was statistically difference(P<0.01). Conclusion:Young women less attention about the disease prevention and screening.At the same time because me local women’s economic foundation,social medical insurance is perfect,so local women more attention to their health.
