| 摘 要： | 目的:观察雷贝拉唑联合枳术宽中胶囊治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法:将120例经内镜检查确诊的反流性食管炎患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例)。治疗组:雷贝拉唑10mg,每天2次,枳术宽中胶囊,一次3粒,一日3次,于食前半小时口服;对照组:雷贝拉唑10mg,每天2次,莫沙必利,一次5mg,一日3次,于餐前半小时口服,疗程均为8周。结果:治疗组临床有效率98.3%;对照组,临床有效率78.3%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:雷贝拉唑联合枳术宽中胶囊治疗反流性食管炎的疗效优于雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of rabeprazole combined zhishu capsule in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods:120 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups.treatment group,60 cases and 60 cases of the control group.Treatment group:10mg of rabeprazole twice daily and 3 pills of zhishu capsule third daily half an hour before eating.Ctrol group:10mg of rabeprazole twice daily and Smg of mosapride third daily half an hour before eating.Results:The effective rate in treatmeat group 98.3%,significantly higher(78.3%),total effective rate between the two groups.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Rebeprazole combined zhishu capsule on reflux esophagitis is better than Rebeprazole joint mosapride. |
