| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨慢性荨麻疹的常见变应原,提高临床预防和治疗效果。方法:425例慢性荨麻疹作为研究对象,采用30种常见变应原,做变应原皮肤点刺测试分析。结果:许多患者对多种变应原呈阳性反应,其中阳性率最高的为屋尘螨和粉尘螨。结论:慢性荨麻疹发病因素是复杂的,患者要做好综合预防措施,尽量避免相关变应原。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the common allergens of chronic urticaria,and enhance clinical prevention and therapy effect. Methods:425 cases of patients with chronic urticaria were given allergens skin prick test(using 30 common allergens).Results:Many patients showed positive reaction to many allergens,the positive rate of the highest was dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and dermatophagoides farinae.Conclusion:The disease factors of chronic urticaria complicated,so patients should taking on comprehensive measures of prevention and therapy,and avoid related allergens. |
