| 摘 要： | 目的分析低分子肝素钠与尿激酶治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取眉山市人民医院近2年来收治的210例不稳定型心绞痛的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各105例,对照组采用常规治疗+肝素钠皮下注射,观察组在对照组的基础上再给药尿激酶。结果观察组临床疗效、心电图疗效、心脏事件和不良反应均优于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钠与尿激酶治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,而且不良反应少,值得临床推广。
