| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨硬脊膜外自控镇痛(PCEA)和静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)在骨科下肢手术后患者镇痛效果。方法:选取我院骨科下肢术后160例患者,随机分为硬膜外自控镇痛(观察组)和静脉自控镇痛(对照组)各80例,比较两组镇痛效果。结果:观察组患者48h内镇痛效果明显优于对照组。结论:骨科下肢手术后硬膜外自控镇痛泵应用镇痛效果明确,可减少手术后相关并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:Discusses analgesic effect of patient controlled epdural analgesia(PCEA)and patient controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)after the limb surgery.Method:Selects limb technique latter 160 example patients,divides into PCIA 80 example patients and PCEA 80 example patients,compared with two group of analgesic effects.Results:In observation group patient 48h the analgesic effect surpasses the control group obviously,but complication unnecessary control group.Conclusion:In limb surgery,effect of PCIA is clear,but must reduce the complication the occurrence. |
