| 摘 要： | 目的考察盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液与氟康唑注射液的配伍稳定性。方法分别观察配伍液在室温(20±1)℃下放置8 h内的外观并测定pH变化,用紫外分光光度法测定主药含量。结果两药配伍后4 h内,外观、pH、含量均无明显变化。结论盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液与氟康唑注射液在4 h内可以配伍使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the compatibility of Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride and sodium Chloride Injection with Fluconazole Injection.Methods The change in appearance and pH value of the compatible solution placed at room temperature（20±1） ℃for 8 h was observed,while the content of moxifloxacin and fluconazole was determined by UV spectrophotometry as wel1.Results There were no significant changes in appearance,pH value and concentration after the mixture of the two drugs within 4 h.Conclusion Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection can be mixed with Fluconazole Injection for use within 4 h. |
