Establishment of single disease management evaluation system of hospital clinical path

Objective To establish a scientific, reasonable, operable, independent clinical pathway of single disease management and evaluation system to assess and improve the clinical path, we could eventually achieve the scientific, reasonable and practical goals in clinical practice. ＇Methods Using SPSS13.0 statistical software to make sure the main relevant factors of the total hospitalization expenditure of ehildren with bronchial pneumonia and we will prioritize these factors and scores by descending order, which would quantize important factors in various diseases, so that they will provide the basis of setting down single disease clinical pathways project management evaluation system based on index weights, after the steps above, we can use the comprehensive evaluation methods to establish single disease management of hospital clinical pathways. Results we established single disease management evaluation system of the clinical pathways, by comparing and evaluating the actual data of pediatric patients with bronchial pneumonia from January to April in 2009 and statistics data of the clinical path of single disease manage- ment evaluation system, and thus we can effectively assess operation and management of clinical pathway of pediatric patients with bronchial pneumonia. Conclusion We can extend the single disease model of clinical path management evaluation system to the other diseases, the nature and diseases of the department determined that the dominant factors affecting the efficacy of similar diseases have much in common, scientific, practical, rational evaluation system for clinical pathway results can make the intuitive, quantitative and authoritative assessment of the development of clinical pathways for single disease management evaluation system, which has the role of supervision, feedback and improvement of the clinical pathway, while it is of practical significance for the hospital management , contrast and vertical comparison of same diseases in same level hospitals and the performance feedback of department.
