腰硬联合麻醉在妇产科手术中的应用体会

目的:探讨应用布比卡因进行腰硬联合麻醉在妇产科手术中的应用安全性及效果。方法;随机选择ASA1～2级259例例妇产科病人分成2组,观察组腰麻用药为0.5%布比卡因,对照组硬膜外用药为1.5%利多卡因和0.25%丁卡因混合液。术中连监测BP.HR.SpO2.ECG并观察麻醉效果和不良反应。结果:对照组临床效果不如观察组,二组不良反应无明显差别。结论:布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉用于妇产科手术是安全有效的。

Epidural Anesthesia in Obstetrics and Gynecology Surgery Experience

Objective:To investigate bupivacaine for epidural anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology surgery safety and effectiveness. Methods:ASA1～2 randomly selected cases of 259 cases of obstetric and gynecological patients were divided into 2 groups,the observation group and 0.5%spinal bupivacaine treatment and control group was 1.5%lidocaine epidural medication and 0.25%tetracaine mixture. Intraoperative monitoring BP.HR.SpO2.ECG with and observe the quality of anesthesia and adverse reactions.Results:Clinical effects of the control group than the observation group,two groups no significant difference in adverse reactions.Conclusion:Bupivacaine lumbar epidural anesthesia for gynecologic surgery is safe and effective.
