腹腔镜治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿53例临床分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床疗效。方法:回顾2008年1月至2010年1月在我院手术治疗的96例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者的临床资料,按手术方式将其分为腹腔镜组53例和开腹组43例,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、抗生素应用时间、术后住院时间、术后镇痛泵使用率、切口愈合等情况。结果:腹腔镜组术中出血量少于开腹组,手术时间、抗生素使用时间、术后术后镇痛泵使用率均低于开腹组。结论:腹腔镜是治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的金标准。

Laparoscopic Treatment of 53 Patients with Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst

Objectivc:To evaluate the effect of video laparoscopic treatment in patients with ovarian endometriosis.Methods: In january 2008 and 2010,the patient for surgery on her ovarian endometriotic cysts 96 Cases 53 case in research group wereapplied laparoscopic cyst decollement,43 case in control group were adopted traditional laparotomy.Compare two sets of the operation of time, the amount of bleeding,and antibiotics used in time after time,and will ease the pump usage,allowing for healing.Results:The peritoneal cavity mirror set in less than the amount of bleeding,abdominal surgery time,and antibiotics used time and will ease the pump was the use of all have lower abdominal.Conclusion:Laparoscopy is the gold standard of diagnosis and treatment of Ovarian endometriosis cyst.
