疏血通注射液治疗血管性痴呆35例

目的 观察疏血通注射液对血管性痴呆的疗效.方法 将70例血管性痴呆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以脑复康口服.治疗组在此基础上加用疏血通(6 mL/d)静脉滴注1次,1周为1个疗程,共4个疗程,其后分别采用中文版简易智能状态检查(MMSE)量表进行积分,用中国修订韦氏成人量表(WAIS-RC)进行智力测验比较.结果 治疗4周后MMSE量表、WAIS-RC量表均显示,治疗组智能积分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组在治疗前、后积分亦有显著差异(P<0.05).结论 疏血通对血管性痴呆有积极的治疗作用.

Clinical Study of Shuxuetong for Treating Vascular Dementia.in 35 Cases

Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuetong for treating vascular dementia.Methods 70 patients with vascular dementia were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.The control group took oral Naofukang.On the base of Naofukang,the treatment group was added Shuxuetong,6 mL/d once daily by intravenous drip.The two groups were treated for 4 treatment courses with 1 week as 1 treatment course.The scores of the Mini Mental State Examination（MMSE） and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised China（WAIS-RC） were calculated before and after treatment,and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of MMSE and WAIS-RC at the end of four weeks in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 0.05）.There was significant difference in the scores before and after 4 weeks＇treatment in the treatment group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Shuxuetong has active curative effect for vascular dementia.
