| 摘 要： | 目的分析血液检验标本误差的形成原因,并提出相应的解决方法。方法对珠海市第二人民医院78例出现误差的血液检验标本进行分析,探究形成误差的主要原因,并提出相应的解决措施,以提高临床血液检验标本的质量。结果造成78例血液检验标本误差的原因包括:患者身体因素影响22例,标本采集因素18例,标本送检因素影响31例,标本处理因素影响7例。结论为提高血液标本的质量,应从多方面综合入手,增加各环节的重视度,积极采取有效措施,以避免标本误差的出现。
