氯沙坦和福辛普利治疗老年高血压并高尿酸血症的临床疗效

目的:探讨氯沙坦和福辛普利治疗原发性高血压并高尿酸血症的治疗作用。方法:选择原发性高血压在1～2级且血尿酸在(420～520)μmol/L之间的患者110例,随机分成两组,氯沙坦组(50mg/d)60例,福辛普利组(150mg/d)50例,疗程8周。观察两组治疗前后血压,血尿酸的变化情况并进行对比分析。结果:两种药物降压总有效率分别为96.7%和96.0%;氯沙坦与福辛普利治疗原发性高血压的临床效果比较差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05);而氯沙坦组治疗前后高尿酸水平比较,治疗后明显低于治疗前,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),福辛普利组则下降不明显(P>0.05),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:氯沙坦不但对原发性高血压有良好的降压效果,同时对高尿酸血症也有显著的治疗作用,可作为高血压并高尿酸血症的首选药物。

Clinical Efficacy of Losartan and Fosinopril in Patients with Elder Hypertensive Complicating Hyperuricemia

Objective:To investigate the treatment effect of losartan and fosinopril on elder hypertensive complicating hyperuricemia.Methods:110 primary hypertension patients were chosen according to 1 to 2 rating and blood uric acid among(420～520)μmol/L,and randomly divided into two groups:60 cases of losartan group(50mg/d) and 50 cases of fosinopril group(150mg/d), and course were 8 weeks.Blood pressure and blood uric acid were observed and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rates of two antihypertensive drugs were 96.7%and 96.0%.For losartan and fosinopril treatment of essential hypertension there were not statistically significant different in clinical results(P>0.05).High uric acid levels were compared before and after treatment for losartan group,there was significantly lower after treatment than before,and the difference was significant(P<0.01),yet there were significant decrease for fosinopril group(P>0.05),so there were significant differences in two group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Losartan not only have a good antihypertensive effect for primary hypertension,but also significant therapeutic effect on hypertension,and it were chosen first on hyperuricemia complicating hyperuricemia.
