倍他司汀联合茶苯海明治疗眩晕症的疗效观察

目的探讨倍他司汀(Betahistine)联合茶苯海明(Dramamine)治疗不同病因引起眩晕症的效果。方法选择2006至2010年收治的120例眩晕症患者随机分为两组:治疗组60例,给予茶苯海明50mg,口服,tid,联合倍他司汀8mg,口服,tid;对照组60例,单用茶苯海明50mg,tid,口服。治疗时间均为一周,比较两组治疗效果。应用SPSS13.0统计软件进行数据整理和分析。结果治疗组60例,治愈23例,显效17例,有效18例,显著有效率66.67%,总有效率96.7%,对照组60例,治愈15例,显效16例,有效15例,显著有效率51.67%,总有效率76.67%。比较两组疗效,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论倍他司汀联合茶苯海明较单用茶苯海明能有效改善眩晕症的症状。

Clinical Observation on Betahistine Combined with Dramamine in Treating Vertigo

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of betahistine combined with dramamine in treating vertigo. Meth- ods From 2006 to 2010,120 treated cases of vertigo were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group, 60 cases for each. The former was given dramamlne（50 mg, rid） for oral administration, together with betahistlne （8 mg, tld） for oral administration. The latter was given betahistlne （8 mg, rid） for oral administration. Both groups re- ceived a one - week treatment and were compared for clinical efficacy. SPSS13.0 statistical software was used for data collection and analysis. Results In treatment group, 23 eases were cured, 17 cases with obvious improvement, 18 cases with effects, the obvious effect rate was 66.67%, the total effective rate was 96.7%. In control group, 15 cases were cured, 16 cases with obvious improvement, 15 cases with effects, the obvious effect rate was 51.7%, the total effective rate was 76.67%. Treatment group was better than the control group in clinical efficacy （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Beta- histine combined with dramamine can effectively relieve the symptoms of vertigo than dramamine alone
