| Abstract: | In this paper, the Spleen-reserving operation on 11 cases of spleen injury are reported. The indications of spleen-reserving operation, the method of spleen exposure and hemostasis were discussed. The experience of how to block the lienopedicle, ligate the intrasplenic blood vessels, and perform the irregular part of spleneetomy were introduced. |
