病毒性心肌炎患儿的心率变异性研究

目的观察病毒性心肌炎患儿的心率变异性。方法选取2008年9月至2010年9月与我院就诊治疗的92例病毒性心肌炎患儿,对这些患者行24h动态心电图检查,与80例正常儿童的心率进行对比分析。结果 7岁以下患儿的最慢心率较正常儿童快,但最快心率无明显差别。3～7岁年龄组患儿除了SDANN外的HRV指标均降低,其他年龄组患儿的各项HRV指标均降低。结论不同年龄患儿的HRV有不同的特点,临床上结合这些特点有利于指导心肌炎的诊治和进行预后的判断。

Heart rate variability of children with viral myocarditis

Objective To investigate the heart rate variability(HRV) of children with viral myocarditis. Methods 92 children with myocarditis treated in our hospital from Sep. 2008 to Sep. 2010 were examined with 24 h dynamic ECG check. 80 healthy children were selected as the control group. Results The lowest heart rate of patients under 7 years old were faster than the healthy children,while the fastest heart rate between the two groups had no significant difference. The indicators of HRV(except SDANN) in patients of 3～7 years old were lower than that in the control group. All the indicators in other patients were lower than that in the control group. Conclusion HRV of children in different age turned to have distinct characteristics. The consideration of these characteristics is helpful for the treatment and prognosis of myocarditis
