牛乳铁蛋白检测研究进展

摘    要:牛乳铁蛋白是商用乳铁蛋白的主要来源,是各种功能性食品中不可或缺的营养因子。本文主要对牛乳铁蛋白含量分析检测技术进行综述,并结合当前实际检测需求,指出了未来检测研究的趋势和方向,以期为相关研究提供参考。

Abstract:Bovine lactoferrin (bLF) is a major source of commercial lactoferrin, which is very important nutrient in various functional foods. In the current paper, the detection and determination techniques of bLF are reviewed detailedly. Based on the correction detection requirement, the developing trend is also proposed, which is expected to provide references for related research.
