| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿激酶溶栓治疗血液透析患者动静脉内瘘血栓形成的疗效。方法使用尿激酶5万-50万U局部溶栓，观察患者治疗前后血管彩色超声检查及肝、肾功能和凝血酶原时间及血浆纤维蛋白原．血压及不良反应情况。结果35例患者共行38次溶栓治疗，成功34例次(89．5％)。无一例发生严重并发症。溶栓成功惠者随访1、3、6、9及12个月的内瘘通畅率分别为90．3％、80．6％、71．0％、54．8％及41．9％。结论尿激酶溶解透析通路血栓成功率及长期通畅率较高，不良反应也少。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of urokinase in the treatment of thrombosed arteriovenous fistulae of hemodialyzed patients.Methods (50-500) KU urokinase was injected.The hepatic and renal function,prothrombin time(PT) and the plasma fibrinogen were detected,and the blood pressure measured.The side effects were also observed.Results Of 35 cases with 38 times of thromblytic treatments,34 times(89.5%) were successful.No severe complication occured.The patency rates at 1,3,6,9 and 12 months were 91.7%,79.2%,70.8%,54.2% and 41.7%.Conclusion The successful rate of urokinase for thrombolytic treatment and long-term effects are higher,with fewer side effects. |
