从汶川大地震论中国国际救援队在搜救现场的医疗急救

5·12四川汶川大地震发生后，中国国际救援队在不到9h到达地震灾害现场开展搜救、营救、医疗救治工作，中国国际救援队医疗队成员22名，开设指挥组、检伤分类组、抗休克组、分类后送组、外科手术组、卫生防疫组、健康宣教组、心理疏导组和医疗保障组9个医疗救治组，开展了快速伤情评估、检伤分类、给予对症急救处理、补充营养水分、心理疏导等多种形式的医疗急救工作，搜救现场成功营救出49名幸存者。通过此次救援行动我们总结出一些加强巡诊工作，做好健康宣教，加强卫生防疫，进行心理疏导，利用远程会诊，加强医疗队员专业培训的急救经验。

Medical rescue of the China International Search and Rescue Team in Wenchuan earthquake area

Nine hours after the Wenchuan Earthquake, a medical team dispatched by the China International Search and Rescue Team （CISRT） arrived the disaster area to carry out on-the-spot search, rescue, and medical treatment. Including 9 groups： commanding, triage, anti-shock, transportation, operation, epidemic prevention, health education, psychological treatment, and medical logistics with 22 staff members totally, the team began to work as soon as they arrived at the spot. Forty-nine survivors had been rescued by them. The experience was summarized that patrol medical service, health education, epidemic prevention, and long-distance consultation all pay important roles in the medical rescue.
