| 摘 要： | 目的对入境东南亚人群登革热IgG、IgM检测，以评估入境东南亚人群带来输入性登革热的危险性。方法采用ELISA法对2860名入境东南亚人员检测登革热IgG、IgM抗体。结果在2860名入境人员中发现613名呈IgG阳性，阳性率为21．4％；486名呈IgM阳性，阳性率为17．0％。结论入境东南亚人群登革热IgG、IgM抗体阳性率较高，应当加强口岸地区登革热的监测和防控。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the risk of imported dengue fever in the populations moved in from Southeast Asia by detection of anti-Dengue IgG and IgM antibodies. Methods Anti-Dengue IgG and IgM from 2 860 persons moved in from Southeast Asia were detected by ELISA. Results There 613 (21.4%) of the persons were positive for anti-Dengue IgG, while 486 (17.0%) were positive for anti-Dengue IgM. Conclusion The positive rate of anti-Dengue IgG and IgM is higher. Therefore the work of management and monitoring of the dengue fever at airport and seaport be strengthened. |
