反复性呼吸道感染患儿头发中微量元素含量及免疫功能的研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨反复性呼吸道感染患儿头发中微量元素含量及机体免疫功能状态。方法 :采用原子吸收分光光度计检测头发中微量元素的含量 ,流式细胞仪检测外周血 T细胞亚群和NK细胞百分比 ,透射比浊法检测血清中 Ig G、Ig A、Ig M的含量。结果 :反复性呼吸道感染组头发中钙和锌的含量均明显低于对照组 (均 P<0 .0 5 ) ,而镁、铁、铜的含量与对照组之间的差别无显著性的意义 (均 P>0 .0 5 ) ;RRI组外周血中 CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD4 + /CD8+ 的比例均明显低于对照组 (均 P<0 .0 5 ) ,反复性呼吸道感染组血清中 Ig G和 Ig A产生水平明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 Ig M产生水平明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :反复性呼吸道感染患儿头发中钙和锌的含量降低 ,患儿存在免疫功能缺陷

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the content of trace element in hair and the condition of immune function in patients with recurrent respiratory infection (RRI). Methods: Atomic absorption spectrometer was used to monitor the content of trace element in hair. Flow cytometer was used to test T-cell subpopulation and NK cell in peripheral blood. Transmission turbidimetric method was used to examine immunoglobulin in serum. Results: The contents of Ca and Zn in hair of RRI patients were obviously lower than those of contrastive group (P< 0.05),while the contents of Mg, Fe, Cu of RRI patients and contrastive group did not have obvious difference(P> 0.05). The RRI patients showed lower levels of CD 3 + T-cell,CD 4 + T-cell,CD 4 +/CD 8 + T-cell ratio, CD 56 +T-cell(NK cell) ,IgG and IgA than those of the contrastive group(P<0.05),while the level of IgM of the RRI was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: Immunodeficiency exists in RRI patients, so immune function should be improved during clinical therapy. Furthermore, supplementing Ca and Zn properly is useful to prevent and cure RRI.
