喙肩韧带重建喙锁韧带结合锁骨钩钢板固定治疗陈旧性肩锁关节脱位

目的:探讨喙肩韧带重建喙锁韧带结合锁骨钩钢板固定治疗陈旧性肩锁关节脱位的可行性及近期疗效。方法:对2006年1月至2013年12月19例陈旧性肩锁关节脱位患者行喙肩韧带重建喙锁韧带、切开复位锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗并进行随访,做疗效分析。结果:19例均获随访,随访时间7~24个月,平均12个月,内固定取出后根据Karlsson标准评价术后疗效,肩关节功能优良17例,满意2例,优良率89.4%。结论:喙肩韧带重建喙锁韧带结合锁骨钩钢板固定治疗陈旧性肩锁关节脱位,手术简单,术后肩关节功能恢复较满意。

Treatment of chronic acromioclavicular dislocation with reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament and clavicular hook plate

Objective:To discuss the feasibility and short-term effect of treatment of chronic acromioclavicular dislocation with reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament and clavicular hook plate.Methods:Follow up and analyze the effectiveness of 19 cases of chronic acromioclavicular dislocation treated with reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament and clavicular hook plate from January 2006 to December 2013.Results:All the 19 cases are followed up,and the average follow-up time is 12 months (ranging from 7 to 24 months).The curative effect is evaluated according to Karlsson standard after internal fixators are removed;as a result,the shoulder joint function is excellent in 17 cases,satisfactory in 2 cases,with an excellent rate of 89.4%.Conclusion:The operation of chronic ac-romioclavicular dislocation with reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament and clavicular hook plate is simple and easy to perform.The postoperative recovery of shoulder joint function is satisfactory.
