摘    要:目的:探讨静脉与非静脉液体分离对输液安全及护理效率的影响。方法:通过不同液体挂杆、不同液体标识、不同输液器实现静脉液体与非静脉液体分离,使用问卷调查评价该方法的效果。结果:通过对52名医护人员问卷调查,使用分离方法后混淆经历明显减少(P<0.05)、误连接经历减少(P<0.05)、管道整理时间及管道交接班时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:实施静脉与非静脉液体分离,可节省管道护理时间、提高护理效率、提高静脉输液安全。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of intravenous and non intravenous liquid separation on the safety of transfusion and nursing efficiency.Methods:Separate intravenous solution from non-intravenous solution by 3 means:different style of hanging racks,marking the liquids with identification cards and different kinds of infusion apparatus.Conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze the effectiveness of the technique.Results:A questionnaire survey analysis of 52 medical staff was completed.The technique reduced the incidence of misidentifying the solutions(P <0.01 ),decreased the incorrect connection of the liquid transfusion channel(P <0. 05),and saved time for transfusion channel management and nursing shift(P <0.01 ).Conclusion:The technique can save time for transfusion channel management and enhance transfusion safety and nursing efficiency.
