胸腔镜联合腹腔镜在食管癌根治术中的临床疗效

目的:观察胸腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗食管癌的临床疗效。方法:收集60例食管癌患者的临床资料,按手术方式不同分为两组:传统开放手术治疗设为对照组,胸腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗为观察组,每组各30例,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组并发症发生率10%,生活质量总分(88.78±1.42)分;同期对照组并发症发生率23.3%,生活质量总分(75.68±1.55)分,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数、住院时间比较,观察组各指标更佳,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗食管癌,疗效确切、安全性高,可作为优选治疗方案推广使用。

Clinical observation of the effect of combined laparoscopic and thoraco-scopic esophagectomy for esophageal cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined laparoscopic and thoracoscopic esophagectomy for esophageal cancer.Methods:60 cases of esophageal cancer patients in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control group (open surgery)and observation group (combined laparoscopic and thoracoscopic esophagectomy),each group has 30 cases,com-pare the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results:The complication rate in the observation group was 10%,the total score of quality of life was (88.78 ±1.42);in the control group,the incidence of complications was 23.3%,the total score of quality of life was (75.68 ± 1.55),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative hemorrhage,lymph nodes,hospital time of two groups, each index value of the observation group is better and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of combined laparoscopic and thoracoscopic esophagectomy for esophageal cancer is reliable and safe,and it can be used as a pre-ferred plan.
