| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿童急性创伤性快速消散硬膜下血肿临床及影像学特点。方法:回顾分析外伤所致12例儿童快速消散的急性硬膜下血肿的临床表现、CT特点及预后。结果:12例急性硬膜下血肿均表现在36 h内的硬膜下血肿的快速消散,经保守治疗后12例均预后良好。结论:儿童快速消散的急性硬膜下血肿CT的特殊性改变对本病的诊断及治疗具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:The objectives of the present study is to summarize clinical and CT manifestations of children with rapid spontaneous resolution of traumatic acute subdural hematoma(ASDH).Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical manifestation, imaging data and prognosis of 12 cases with ASDH caused by traumas.Results:12 cases of ASDH showed the rapid dissipation of sub-dural hematoma in 36 hours,12 cases had good prognosis after conservative treatment.Conclusion:The special changes of CT in chil-dren with ASDH after rapid dissipation have important guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. |
