内毒素吸附剂对失血性休克大鼠 NO,IL-6及 IL-12水平的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨内毒素吸附剂对失血性休克大鼠一氧化氮(NO),白细胞介素-6(IL-)及白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平的影响。方法:选取成年SD大鼠50只,随机分为正常对照组10只,模型组和药物组各20只。模型组和药物组建立失血性休克大鼠模型,药物组造模前30 min采用内毒素吸附剂进行灌胃。复苏后1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h、12 h检测所有大鼠血清NO、IL-6、IL-2及内毒素水平。结果:模型组和药物组血清NO、IL-、IL-2及内毒素水平均高于正常对照组,且模型组高于药物组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内毒素吸附剂可明显降低失血性休克模型大鼠血清NO、IL-、IL-2及内毒素水平,对减轻炎性反应、减少组织损伤有显著作用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of endotoxin adsorbent on the levels of nitric oxide (NO),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-2 (IL-12)level in hemorrhagic shock rats.Methods:Fifty adult SD rats were selected and randomly divided into con-trol group (10 cases),model group (20 cases)and drug group (20 cases).The model of hemorrhagic shock rats model was established in the model group and drug group of Endotoxin adsorbent was given by intragastric administration in the drug group 30 min before the model was established.The levels of NO,IL-,IL-2 and endotoxin were tested 1 h,2 h,4 h,8 h and 12 h after recovery.Results:The lev-els of NO,IL-,IL-2 and endotoxin were higher both in the model group and drug group than those in the control group(P <0.05).The levels of NO,IL-,IL-2 and endotoxin in the model group were significantly higher than those in the drug group (P <0.05 ).Conclu-sion:Endotoxin adsorbent can significantly reduce the serum levels of NO,IL-,IL-2 and endotoxin in rats with hemorrhagic shock,which has a significant effect on the reduction of inflammatory response and tissue damage.
